Yes you can, It means that all the possible (discrete) values of the energy appear
in the sampling with almost the same probability:
<math> P(E_i) \simeq 1/n_{E} </math>, where <math> n_E </math> is the total
number of possible (different) values of the energy.
Please, modify the entry if you think that the current writing is not clear enough
