IMHO, the title "non-equilibrium thermodynamics" is a bit misleading, since for most of the contents listed quantities are evaluated at equilibrium (while certainly dynamical in nature). This is in contrast with some studies which are intrinsically out of equilibrium (about which I don't know some much): entropy production, convection, Prigogine stuff... --Dduque 16:19, 6 December 2007 (CET)

I must agree with you regarding the division between non-equilibrium and equilibrium thermodynamics; some things are indeed misclassified.
