Thermodynamic integration

Thermodynamic integration is used to calculate the difference in the Helmholtz energy function, Failed to parse (SVG (MathML can be enabled via browser plugin): Invalid response ("Math extension cannot connect to Restbase.") from server "https://wikimedia.org/api/rest_v1/":): {\displaystyle A} , between two states. The path must be continuous and reversible (Ref. 1 Eq. 3.5)
