Triangular well model

The triangular well model is given by

where $\Phi (r)$ is the intermolecular pair potential, $r$ is the distance, $\sigma$ is the hard diameter, Failed to parse (SVG (MathML can be enabled via browser plugin): Invalid response ("Math extension cannot connect to Restbase.") from server "https://wikimedia.org/api/rest_v1/":): {\displaystyle \epsilon} is the well depth and λ > 1.
