Restricted primitive model

The restricted primitive model (RPM) consists of an equimolar (i.e. neutral)-equisized mixture of anions and cations which interact via the potential

 \Phi_{RPM}(r) =  \Phi_{HS}(r)+ \frac{1}{4\pi\varepsilon_0} \frac{q_+q_-}{r}

where \Phi_{HS}(r) is the hard sphere potential.
