:At the time of writing neither reference 1 nor 2 was available on-line, which still appears to be the case. Hence no DOI.   • Actually, it seems I have been able to do both, see source! --Dduque 16:02, 13 May 2009 (CEST)
At the time of writing neither reference 1 nor 2 was available on-line, which still appears to be the case. Hence no DOI. Regardless, the Cite extension has no problem with this. -- Carl McBride (talk) 17:17, 13 May 2009 (CEST)
