The Martynov-Sarkisov-Vompe (MSV) (1999) (Eq. 33 Ref. 1) closure is given in terms of the bridge function

where

where is short-ranged. The WCA division of the Lennard-Jones potential was used. (Notice that the Martynov-Sarkisov-Vompe closure, for a hard sphere fluid, becomes the Martynov Sarkisov closure).
