GPIUTMD (Graphical Processors at Isfahan University of Technology for Many-particle Dynamics) [1] can simulate soft materials (biomolecules, polymers) and solid-state materials (metals, semiconductors) and supports coarse-grain systems. It can also simulate particle interactions using DEM (Discrete Element Methods). It can be used to model atoms or in general, as a GPU accelerated particle simulator at the nanoscale and mesoscale level. GPIUTMD runs on a single workstation using the NVIDIA GPU Cards.
